A Milano in ottobre il congresso annuale di FACEnetwork
Sarà la Milano di EXPO la sede del congresso annuale di FACEnetwork–Rete Europea dei caseifici aziendali e artigianali, dal 13 al 16 ottobre 2015. It will be the seat of the Milan EXPO Annual Conference FACEnetwork-European Network of cheese factories and craft from 13 to 16 October 2015.
ERSAF and ARAL, partner members of FACEnetwork, have proposed the candidature of Milan in concomitance with EXPO Milano 2015 "Feeding the planet -energy for life."
FACE deals with various themes: the processing of milk on farms, the quality of products, the exploitation of resources and typical local products, the short food supply chain, the direct relationship between producer and consumer are perfectly in keeping with the theme of EXPO 2015, and are the subject of discussion and cultural and professional growth for all members.
In addition to the days dedicated to social activities, the 7th European Farmhouse and Artisan Cheesemakers Congress will open to a wider audience with an International Conference entitled "The milk processing in the Farmhouse: technical and socio-economic aspects ", which will take place on Thursday 15 of October at the “Sala Biagi” in Palazzo Lombardia.
Participation in the conference is free.

Tuesday, October 13
Guided visit to 3 farms producing cheese in the province of Bergamo
Wednesday, October 14
Annual Meeting of FACEnetwork and workshop
Thursday, October 15
Conference "The milk processing in the Farmhouse: technical and socio-economic aspects "
Friday, October 16
Visit to EXPO 2015
Conference fee:
All four days: 170 €
Three consecutive days: 140 €
Fees include all activities planned.
Those interested are invited to fill in the registration form no later than the 2th of October 2015.
Registration will be effective only against the payment of the fee by bank transfer no later than the 2th of October 2015.
